The Field Employees roster ships from the budget system > EMPLOYEES, but credential
tracking (OSHA 10/30, DIR Journeyman, home local, ITS, forklift, specialty, etc.) needs a separate
data source. Add an EMPLOYEE_CREDENTIALS sheet to the budget system (column 1 =
employee_id, then one column per credential field) and the next sync will fill these in.
